Our Founder

I'm Paula Cristina Villada Taborda, a female model 1979 in Medellin, Antioquia. The mother of two daughters Kathe and Cami, and a grandmother of a beautiful Angel. I trained academically as a Business Manager and I majored in Management of Human Talent where I discovered that my passion is working with and for people. I was strengthening my skills in programs, workshops and seminars related to the Nlp to improve the BE to MAKE.

In 2019 di start the process of creating my Foundation, which has been full of challenges that have led me to make decisions blunt and needed to be put in place, such was my decision, and my belief in having found the purpose of my life, that I did not hesitate a single second to take the decision of quitting a job of 22 years at the one who had job stability and a very good salary, because he was the director of Human Management of a large company that was, for me, my school and university.

I'm a true believer that life has been very good to me, regardless of the circumstances, I consider that, on my way, I've had great fortunes, and I've crossed paths with amazing people that I only have gratitude for all I have learned greatly.
